Orders are shipped with 48hr tracked postage. Orders can take 2-3 days to get to you from dispatch day. If your order is for a specific day eg. birthday, gotcha day, please leave enough time for your order to be baked and posted.

I need at least 3 days to bake and ice treats. If you have left your order until last minute please email me or contact me on social media and i can see if i can squeeze you in!

We try our very best to ensure no product is damaged. Bubble wrap is wrapped around items to ensure they are safe, fragile tape is also added around the box. 

If your order is lost, late or damaged this is down to the postal office.
